Flo is a project that clearly expresses the principle of human centered design, which is a constant reference in our work. Domestic accidents are among the leading causes of death, and among them those caused by falls from portable ladders are certainly significant, as these often lack adequate levels of safety.
With Flo we aimed to significantly raise these levels, creating a tool of great stability and solidity, with wide anti slip steps, a generously sized platform and above all a safety barrier high enough to reach close to the user’s hips, immediately graspable in any situation of instability.
