Tiffany

2005

Tiffany, designed in 2004 for Casprini, was the first monoblock chair in the world to be molded in transparent polycarbonate using gas moulding technology and quickly became an icon of elegance and refinement thanks to the absolute purity of its sculptural forms, enhanced by the absence of reinforcing ribs or other disturbing elements.
These qualities, together with excellent comfort and high solidity, are now further emphasized in the new technopolymer matte version with soft touch surfaces, developed in refined and contemporary color variants.

The fluid forms of Tiffany are the result of the fusion of expressive and technical elements, a study that made it possible to obtain a refined and elegant product with extremely comfortable seating and remarkable overall solidity. The complete absence of stiffening ribs results in exceptional formal purity, enhanced by the mirror finish of the surfaces, unique in the landscape of plastic seating and particularly striking in the transparent version.

In 2010 Tiffany was also probably the first chair to be produced using post production recycled material. The Recycled version, molded in polyamide derived from the closed loop recycling of selected and reground internal production waste, offered in a single dark gray color, was also proposed at a lower price than the virgin material model, as should coherently be the case for materials of this type. More recently, a version molded in reinforced polypropylene has been introduced, featuring a matte surface and refined neutral colors.
