The shell with armrests, which allows stackability in the four leg versions, proves extremely comfortable and functional, also when developed in the pedestal base variant with upholstered cushion, as well as in the version with wooden legs.

With Chistera we aimed to combine soft and sculptural lines, an enveloping and comfortable form, great solidity and extremely reduced thicknesses. We achieved this through a complex and focused design process that led to the choice of die cast aluminum, a technique that also allowed a wide degree of freedom for customization and post casting variations.
